ATTENDANCE

Parents are responsible for their child’s regularity and punctuality in attending School. Absence of your child from School or social functions is not recommended because it retards the student’s progress in the School. In case of prolonged illness a medical certificate should be produced. The names of the pupil who absent themselves for prolonged periods without applying for leave will be struck off the rolls. The attendance of a child will be taken into consideration at the time of promotion to higher class. A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion to the next class.

School pays a lot of importance to punctuality as it is one of the first signs of discipline. A proper record of late comers is maintained on a daily basis and action taken on habitual late comers
